There is no need to pre-register or call ahead (unless you have questions otherwise) for the punch card classes. His teaching style has been influenced by Iyengar, Vini and Kripalu yoga. Joe believes yoga can be beneficial for anyone and everyone on every level, body, mind and spirit. If you can breath, you can do yoga. Joe has been a psychotherapist for 30 years and has a special interest in yoga as a therapeutic intervention. He has trained extensively with Amy Weintraub, RYT 500 specializing in yoga for the treatment of depression and anxiety.
